Football attracts more confident predictions than any other sport, and confidence is cheap. The section treats a tip as an opinion to be tested against the price, never as an answer.

Guides, systems and calculators are covered, along with odds, predictions, multi bets and score betting, using decimal odds (2.10) as the New Zealand convention. No tip is a sure bet, and no fixture is named.

Arbitrage needs quotes from many bookmakers, but New Zealand permits just one, TAB NZ, and no lawful spread betting exists. Bets on virtual sports belong to the casino side of the law, not to TAB betting, since a simulated match is treated as online casino gambling.
